3. Confidence- Catalytic people have confidence in themselves and others on their team. With a positive attitude, their confidence is contagious, and they bring out the best in others.
4. Motivation- Catalytic people are not only motivated themselves, but they can also motivate others to perform at their highest potential. They excite others by sharing their energy and excitement through their words and actions.
