1. have you ever been in a auto accident?
2. when you made your claim with yours or the other parties insurance company, did they steer you to there direct repair shop?
3. or perhaps they scared you by saying they only guarantee the repairs if you go to their direct repair shop?
4. your on your own if you have problems with a shop and they are not a direct repair shop?
